Core Fitness offers one-on-one or small group training services:
One-on-one training provides you with the greatest level of customization of your program to your needs, abilities, and disabilities, with a dedicated personal trainer each time, offering the most ideal modifications and technique for you along the way.
Small group training offers a greater level of personalized trainer attention than a larger class, while offering the additional benefit of having the support and challenge of working out with a significant other, friend, or family member.
